Rose Grows Through Concrete

Hi loves ❤️! After a short and brief break from blogging I am back!! Thank you all for your patience and support! It has been a rollercoaster 🎢 for the past couple of months for ya girl. This will probably be a short read 📝....

This is a period of transformation and transition for some people during this time. You may want a shift in career, home life 🏡, relationships, finances 💰, etc. Change is necessary for growth. The tough times are meant for us to be stronger and ready for the next level! In order to receive more blessings and abundance, Spirit needs to know if you are ready and accepting of that!

During this time of transformation, you may want to isolate or self-sabotage relationships. This is a time to reach out and ask for help and support. Spirit can send people to be there for you while going through the process. Not to mention they may have been through the same experience and provide guidance!

Just like a rose 🥀 growing through the concrete, it may look out of place or have a hard time to grow through it. But at the end of the day, it is still a beautiful rose with good roots!

I hope during this time for those who are going through a period of transformation and transition that you continue to grow and shift! Here are some tips:

✨Journal 📓about your experiences

✨Exercise 🏋️‍♀️and get some Vitamin D ☀️

✨Self-love 🤍and care! Give yourself compassion and grace!
